Thoughts from Jennifer's Desk
When I was in school, I got good grades, but I never read one book. Really! My friends called me Miss Brainy and I couldn't understand why because I wasn't smart... I just did my work... filled in all the blanks... and got the grade. But, I missed out on getting an education. I'm afraid many homeschoolers are making the same mistake and since we have so many opportunities in teaching let's not just go through the motions and do "school!" We have it within each of us to help our children develop a life long love for learning.
